Full job description

Mark’s Bakery is an award-winning bakery on North Street in Southville, selling artisan bread, cakes & pastries alongside amazing lunches and homemade groceries.

We’re looking for a lovely person to lead our front of house team and provide a friendly and efficient greeting and service to our customers, working 35 hours per week based over 4-5 days plus holiday cover.

Previous supervisory experience in a fast paced customer service role and barista experience are both desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for bread and baked goods!

Mark’s Bakery is part of the Tobacco Factory family which also includes Tobacco Factory Cafe Bar, Sunday Market, Five Acre Farm CIC and Grain Barge.
