About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven marketing professional to join our team and help bring our brand to life across multiple channels. In this exciting role, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and key events, creating engaging content and impactful campaigns that connect with consumers, media and retail partners alike.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Operations, you will play a key role in delivering customer-focused activity that strengthens brand visibility, drives engagement and supports business growth. If you are highly organised, full of ideas and passionate about creating standout campaigns, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Take a leading role in the planning and delivery of integrated product launches and brand events for both Bailey and Prima Leisure, targeting retailers, media and consumers
Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that bring new products and initiatives to life, ensuring clear and compelling communication of key features and benefits
Plan, coordinate and oversee photography and video content creation, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives
Support the delivery of national exhibitions, regional shows and brand events, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and engaging presence across all touchpoints
Collaborate with Sales and retail partners to provide marketing support for events, including product selection, display requirements and campaign collateral
Represent the brand at events where required, engaging confidently with media, retailers and customers

Your Qualifications & Experience

Able to coordinate teams cross functionally and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
Good knowledge and experience of all aspects of the marketing mix.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to present complex issues in easily digestible formats to a wide audience.
Desired technical skills, including; basic image editing and design (experience with Canva preferred), experience using a mass emailing system and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Our Marketing team brings the Bailey brand to life, showcasing our caravans, motorhomes, and campervans to customers and retailer partners.

From creative campaigns and digital content to events and communications, the team works across multiple channels to share our story and inspire adventure. With a focus on creativity, collaboration, and customer connection, they play a key role in building brand awareness and driving demand for our products.
