About Us
The Juke Box is one of Bristol's fastest-growing independent cocktail bars, combining expertly made drinks with live music, DJs, rock 'n' roll culture and late-night energy.
We're not a traditional pub and we're not a nightclub. We specialise in great hospitality, quality cocktails, premium spirits and creating unforgettable nights out. Every night is about great music, great drinks and genuinely welcoming service.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants more than just bar shifts. We're looking for someone who wants to help build one of Bristol's best late-night venues.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll spend most of your time behind the bar delivering excellent customer service while helping the management team keep the venue running smoothly.
No two nights are the same. One evening you could be serving packed happy hours, the next running a live music event or helping host a private party.
We're looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, works well under pressure and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
