Full job description

We are looking for part-time Kitchen Assistants/Porters for our Whiteladies Road restaurant in Clifton (BS8)

Hours: approx. 10-15 hours per week over 2 to 3 shifts, mostly evenings. Must be available immediately.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensure cleaning jobs are carried out to the standard required
Collect and wash up pots and pans and other catering equipment
Clean food preparation areas and equipment daily, in addition to crockery and cutlery
Help with food preparation
Unload deliveries
Keep the storeroom organised
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized
Ensure there is a plentiful supply of clean crockery and cutlery at all times
Ensure correct storage of supplies
Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
