Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-profile, strategic role with real influence.
You’ll:
- Lead the transformation of our supply chain using Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Drive optimisation across processes, systems, and tools.
- Deliver large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects.
- Be a key voice in shaping and executing our business strategy.

- Partner with the Head of Supply Chain to define and implement best-in-class operating processes.
- Develop a standardised supply chain playbook and toolset.
- Establish robust reporting across key areas:
- Order book management
- Shortage management
- Cost reduction initiatives
- Supplier performance scorecards
- Champion ERP excellence, ensuring data accuracy and best practice usage.
- Build and embed a data governance framework across the supply chain.
- Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training for purchasing teams.
- Evolve and automate Supply Chain KPIs, driving continuous performance improvements.
- Establish governance frameworks (including visual management) to drive engagement, prioritisation, and execution of improvements.
You’re an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for improving performance and delivering measurable results.
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain (e.g. Purchasing Manager or similar).
- Strong knowledge of complex, end-to-end manufacturing supply chains.
- Proven experience with Lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced ERP/MRP expertise and strong data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change initiatives.
You’ll also bring:

- Strong project management capabilities.
- The ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- A leadership style that inspires a culture of continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- MCIPS (or equivalent qualification)
- Project management certification
