At Expert Inventories, we have over 19 years of experience and we consistently provide the most professional, consistent, high quality and independent service in the area. Our work includes preparing Property Inventories, Schedules of Condition, Check-Ins, Check-Outs, Mid-Term Property Visits and Legionella Risk Assessments.
We are now looking for a Property Visit Inspector to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role, working with letting agencies and landlords across Bristol and the South West, ensuring that Property Visits are completed professionally, on time and all necessary tasks are carried out efficiently. Each day you will travel to occupied properties to assess their general condition and complete detailed digital property visit reports using our mobile software. You will identify any maintenance concerns, signs of damp or condensation, health & safety concerns, tenancy breaches and general property condition issues assessing risk in the property whilst providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
About You:
You don’t need to have experience in this area, as we will ensure you receive full training, but you will be able to demonstrate a natural eye for detail. You will be super organised, and you will be able to use your initiative and work autonomously. Dealing with customers means that your punctuality is essential, along with excellent and professional communication skills.
You will need your own car to travel to different locations, and of course your fuel costs would be reimbursed.
What We Offer:
This is a temporary part-time role for an initial 3-month period, working between the hours of 9am and 6pm, 2–3 days per week depending on business needs. If business demand continues, there will be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
You will be joining an engaging but down-to-earth and hardworking team with full training and ongoing support provided.
