Our company is hiring a Lettings Negotiator to join our Clifton and Bishopston Lettings Team. Lettings Negotiators are responsible for building long term relationships, confidently conducting viewings at properties, matching the right person to the right property and prospecting for new business. We do not set individual KPIs or Targets, instead we work as a team on a pooled commission structure. We do not base our model on upselling, but instead providing excellent customer service that results in repeat business. We are The Bristol Agent, and the community is at the heart of everything we do to uphold our trustworthy and respected reputation.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, ambitious and driven. Must be a confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
We want to hear from team players who have a good understanding of the property lettings process. With a can do attitude we will train the rest.
Applicants must have a full clean driving licence and access to a car.
CeLAP qaulification for those wanting industry recognition available from day one.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6pm and working one in three Saturdays 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
