About Us

Job Summary

At TITAN PMR we are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable PMR Software Support Advisors. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer support, assisting Pharmacists and their staff with various technical issues. The PMR Software Support Advisor will be the first point of contact for users requiring assistance and will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support for IT-related queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our PMR software.
Utilise Zendesk for ticket management and incident tracking.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an IT support role or Pharmacy based experience is desired.
Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
