BS1 Facilities Limited is continuing to grow and we are looking for professional, reliable and team-focused Door Supervisors to join our expanding team in Bristol.

The Role

As a Door Supervisor with BS1 Facilities Limited, your responsibilities may include:

managing venue entry and exit points,
checking identification and conducting searches,
monitoring customer behaviour and venue safety,
responding professionally to incidents and conflict,
communicating effectively with colleagues and venue staff,
supporting queue management and customer flow,
completing reports and operational paperwork,
maintaining professional standards throughout shifts,
and contributing positively to the wider team and venue environment.

This role requires professionalism, confidence, communication and the ability to remain calm under pressure in busy customer-facing environments.

Typical working hours are between:

21:00 – 05:30

Working days are primarily:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Requirements - Essential

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Strong communication skills
Professional presentation
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Desirable but not essential

Previous venue or nightlife experience
Strong conflict management skills
Leadership potential
Experience in customer-facing environments
