We are looking for an enthusiast person to join our small family run Kitchen Manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience. The successful candidate does not need previous experience but an eagerness to work hard and learn. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and great work ethic.
We are continuing to grow with an established team and are now looking for one new team member. Tasks will vary and you'll be expected to be adaptable and able to work as a team, on your own and listen to instructions.
To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
Production Worker Requirements: No experience is necessary as long as you are reliable, can work hard and willing to listen
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Desired - able to read a tape measure & use of a drill.
- Essential - reliability, someone who consistently turns up to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical dexterity.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am - 1pm
We continue to finish work at 1pm on a Friday to allow our staff longer weekends. But by starting at 8am, you still maintain full time hours.
