Senior Marketing Executive
Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid role – mainly working from home, with occasional travel (around 1–2 times a month) for team days in Bristol or London.
The Role
As an integral member of the Bupa Dental Care Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Executive will support the development and delivery of annual marketing plans to drive business growth. You’ll help build and maintain a strong brand presence, planning and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging, positioning and effective execution across all marketing channels.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Commercial team, including marketing and product teams, and more widely across Bupa Dental Care.

Previous experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment is advantageous for supporting the needs of our 360+ dental practices.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the annual marketing plan to drive business growth, with a focus on core products and treatments
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (e.g. Open Days), from briefing through to delivery
- Lead the development of MarComms, working with stakeholders to ensure the brand, products and customer needs are reflected
- Work collaboratively with creative, digital and local marketing teams to deliver integrated activity aligned to business goals
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements and future opportunities
- Support Local Marketing Managers with artwork creation and provide guidance where needed
- Maintain and update campaign toolkits, best practice guides and the Marketing on Demand site
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional projects and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell activity
- Contribute to ad-hoc marketing and commercial projects, ensuring delivery to time and budget
- Ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory and ethical standards and reflects Bupa’s values
Skills/Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally within healthcare, insurance or other FCA-regulated service industries
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end
- Strong experience working with creative, digital and media teams
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple business units
- Experience managing budgets and using resources effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
- Sound analytical and numerical skills to support commercial decision-making
