As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and personable Partnerships Executive to join our commercial team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients maximise value from innovative technology solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Acting as a key commercial contact, you will guide organisations through demonstrations, trials, and onboarding, whilst supporting wider business growth initiatives.
This role would suit someone who is confident presenting to clients, enjoys networking, and is motivated by achieving commercial objectives.
As part of our growing Commercial Team, you will work closely alongside another Partnerships Executive, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where ideas, successes, and opportunities are shared. Together, you will help drive new business, nurture client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth across the OpusApeiro product portfolio. You will also work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations, giving you exposure to all areas of the business and the opportunity to make a real impact on our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and partnership opportunities.
- Qualify leads and guide prospective clients through the sales journey.
- Deliver engaging online and face-to-face demonstrations of the OpusApeiro product suite.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions to existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences, representing the OpusApeiro brand.
- Develop presentations, sales collateral, and supporting materials for demonstrations and events.
- Produce monthly client-facing presentation packs for the Customer Success Team.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and report on commercial activity, pipeline progression, and partnership performance.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presenter, both virtually and in person.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially minded with an interest in business growth.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS, technology, security, facilities management, workforce management, or hospitality sectors.
- Experience attending trade shows and networking events.
- Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
