Full job description

Make By Design are designers and manufacturers of bespoke joinery based in Yate, Bristol. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our team for an immediate start.

The Role:

You will be working within our workshop manufacturing high-quality bespoke items including:

Cabinets
Bars
Counters
Bespoke fitted furniture
Other custom joinery projects

We work with a range of respected clients and deliver high-end, detailed craftsmanship. Please visit our website to see examples of our work and the clients we collaborate with.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in bench joinery (qualification preferred)
Skilled and confident using workshop machinery
Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about craftsmanship
Ability to work to high standards and meet deadlines
Own basic set of tools (workshop machinery and tooling provided)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
Rate offered based on experience
