Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile element:
Experience you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (750-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following:

Data-rational, with strong analytical and numerical skills, confident using Microsoft Excel (intermediate) to deliver accurate, trusted data analysis

Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills, managing multiple demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The sift is due to take place on Tuesday 4th August & Wednesday 5th August 2026.
At interview stage, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

Experience Ability to interpret policy and use sound judgement to balance organisational priorities to deliver practical solutions.

This interview will be conducted in person at our Swansea office (DVLA, Swansea, SA6 7JL). Further details will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
The interviews are due to take place on Wednesday 19th August & Thursday 20th August 2026.
