We're looking for an energetic, confident and customer-focused Customer Guide to join our successful EE store in Neath

What You'll Be Doing

Every customer is different, and every conversation is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier.

You'll:

Welcome customers with confidence and enthusiasm
Get to know customers and understand what they need
Recommend the right phones, broadband, accessories and services
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Build long-term customer relationships
Consistently achieve sales and customer service targets
Keep your product knowledge up to date through ongoing training
Work as part of a friendly, ambitious and supportive team

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service or sales experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Job Details

Location: Neath

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

Basic Salary: £26,644

Realistic OTE: £30,000+

Top Performers: £35,000+
