Sales Progressor / Administrator
£27,000 - £29,000 per year pro rata | 4 -5 days a week to include Saturday /
Eric Lloyd & Co a family-run estate agency, are looking for a Sales Progressor / Administrator to join our experienced and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency, conveyancing or property-related experience who enjoys organisation, communication and problem-solving, and takes pride in seeing property sales successfully through to completion.

The Role
Based at our busy Brixham branch on Fore Street, you'll take charge of basic administrative tasks such as brochure printing, appointment bookings, emails, answering incoming phone calls etc along with taking ownership of a pipeline of agreed sales, managing them from instruction through to exchange and completion.
You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other agents to keep transactions moving, resolve issues before they become problems and ensure clients remain informed throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Brochure printing
- Answering incoming calls
- General Office administration
- Providing marketing update for vendors
- Drawing up memorandum of sales letters
- Booking viewings, valuations and other appointments
- Setting up client I.D verification checks
- Proactively progressing property sales and managing chains
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage advisers and other agents
- Providing regular, clear updates to clients
- Chasing key milestones to achieve exchange and completion as efficiently as possible
- Delivering a professional, reassuring and proactive service throughout the moving journey

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience of the property transaction process who can quickly become a valuable part of the team.
This experience could come from estate agency, conveyancing or another property-related role.
You'll need:
- Previous experience within estate agency, conveyancing or a related property role
- A good understanding of the property sales and conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Well established administration skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure
- A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Working Hours
- 4 – 5 days a week to include Saturday mornings if possible
- Some flexibility available for the right candidate
Pay
Fix hourly rate or commission-based salary available.
Pay in the region of £27,000 - £29,000 pro rata.
