Full job description

Title: Evening Personal Assistant

Salary: £16 per hour + £50 per on-call shift

Job Location: Wimbledon, London Zone 3, 10-min walk from Wimbledon station

Start of contract: September 2026

Part-time hours: one shift per week + one on-call shift per week minimum on either:

Sunday 5pm to Monday 9am

Monday 5pm to Tuesday 9am

Tuesday 5pm – Wednesday 9am

Wednesday 5pm – Thursday 9am

Thursday 5pm – Friday 9am

Availability on more than 1 evening/evening on call per week would be a plus, though not essential.

The 1 weekly on-call shift involves being reachable via phone and able to come in and substitute the PA on shift in case of emergency.

Private ensuite Personal Assistant Room provided in the client’s shared house accommodation.

A bit about me & your role:

I am a fun-loving, outgoing and active graduate (with a brilliant sense of humour) working on the Civil Service Fast Stream. I am looking for someone like-minded to join my small team to support and accompany me outside of my professional hours. Despite having Cerebral Palsy and being a part time manual wheelchair user, I can walk with assistance and am keen to immerse myself in the London lifestyle. Socialising with friends and new work colleagues/flatmates after a busy day at the office, attending events/drinks, maintaining athletic physique through elite club throw training, swimming and gym workouts - these may be just some of the daily activities we will be getting up to! Music, volunteering and attending new exhibitions are some of my other passions. Like most grads I will be in shared accommodation and so a mix of chilling and socialising with flatmates can be expected on nights in. Alternatively, I love a good night out, drinks, events, meals out, shopping and weekends away with friends, travelling abroad or staying at my family home near Winchester.

Full UK driving license

Personal care - full training will be provided and no previous experience is necessary

Act as a flatmate/buddy, interact with friends and other people around me
