Document Controller

Location: Bournemouth
Sector: Modular Construction
Salary: Competitive + Package

The Opportunity

A great opportunity for an Information Controller to join a growing modular construction business supporting technically complex projects across the UK.

This role will act as the central point for project information management, ensuring documentation, drawings and digital project data are controlled, maintained and distributed effectively across live projects. You’ll work closely with design, project and production teams within a modern BIM-led environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing project documentation and drawing control processes.
Maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Managing version control and document compliance.
Supporting project teams with information distribution and workflows.
Administering Autodesk Construction Cloud and SharePoint systems.
Supporting O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Producing reporting on project documentation and workflows.
Supporting internal teams and external consultants with CDE processes.

About You

Experience within document control or information management in construction.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
Experience using ACC, Dalux, Aconex, Viewpoint or similar CDE platforms.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and document accuracy.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
