Part-Time Scheduler / Office Administrator

Location: Tuckton / Southbourne
Company: Elite South Ltd
Hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm, 3 days per week (days to be agreed)

About the Role

Elite South Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys coordinating projects, communicating with clients, and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will play a key role in supporting our maintenance and building works by scheduling jobs, liaising with customers and contractors, and assisting with day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling maintenance and building works efficiently
Liaising with customers and clients including letting agents, block management companies, and commercial clients
Creating and sending quotes and invoices
Organising scaffolding where required
Ordering materials and supplies for ongoing works
Working closely with colleagues and subcontractors to ensure jobs run smoothly
Managing general office administration and communication

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
Confident using email, phone systems, and basic office software
Professional and friendly manner with clients and colleagues
Previous scheduling, administration, or property maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential
A proactive and reliable approach to work
