We are a growing second-hand clothing business bringing curated pre-loved fashion to markets and events. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Team Member to support our on-the-road operations.
Role Overview
This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable working long hours and enjoys being part of a fast-paced events environment. You’ll play a key role in making sure each event runs smoothly from setup to pack down.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving company vans to and from event locations (HGV licence is a bonus)
- Loading and unloading stock and equipment
- Setting up stalls and displays at events
- Handling customer sales and taking payments
- Packing down stalls and preparing stock for transport
- Returning safely from events with stock and equipment
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours
- Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous)
- Confident driving vans
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Good customer service skills
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments
Desirable
- Interest or knowledge of second-hand/vintage clothing
- Previous experience in events, retail, or similar hands-on roles
