We are an innovative AS 9100 certified Seals, Gaskets, Shielding and Thermal Products Manufacturer based in Lymington Hampshire. We design, develop and manufacture products for global applications to many industries including Defence, Aerospace, Hazardous Area, Marine, Automotive, Renewable Energy and EV, along with many other Industries. We work very closely alongside our clients to design and develop innovative cutting-edge solutions, whilst maintaining the highest environmental and quality standards.
Due to our ongoing expansion program, EMI Seals and Gaskets Ltd are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our friendly team. has an ability to build relationships with clients to deliver the best possible service along with achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Seals, Gaskets, Shielding and Thermal products manufacturer.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or that has some experience and looking develop a career in sales. Full training will be provided, and you'll work alongside experienced professionals who will support your development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain accurate clients records using the company CRM and ERM systems
- Assist with marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
- Cold calling potential clients.
- Ensuring our clients are fully informed with the latest technology, products, and high standards that our company has to offer.
- Attend trade industry events if required
Key Requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Previous customer service, or sales experience is advantageous.
- Confident, pleasant telephone manner.
- The ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Eligibility to Work in the UK.
