The Role:
· Supporting students within the classroom to maximise engagement and progress
· Working with small groups and individual pupils who require additional support
· Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
· Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
· Delivering targeted interventions and academic support sessions
· Gaining exposure to a variety of teaching styles, year groups and school environments
We're Looking For:
· Graduates or final-year university students due to graduate this year
· Individuals with a genuine passion for working with young people
· Aspiring teachers and education professionals
· Strong communicators who are proactive, positive and eager to learn
· Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential (tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, volunteering and childcare experience are all welcomed)
· An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
