Sales Executive

Location: Vertu Ford Cheltenham

Work-life balance matters

40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.
Sundays are yours — we’re closed, so you can truly recharge.

Your Role

As part of our team, you’ll represent the dealership known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience at every stage. You’ll benefit from full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to set you up for success and help you maximise your earning potential.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the process from initial conversation through to handover while building trusted relationships, always acting with integrity and in the best interests of the customer
Clearly presenting finance, insurance, and accessory options in a clear, compliant way, ensuring suitability, transparency, and aligned to customer needs while building long-term loyalty
Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up, using methods that play to your strengths
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Maintaining a highly organised approach, managing your diary and ensuring all admin processes are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
Motivation and drive to achieve goals
Excellent organisation skills – able to manage a busy diary, prioritise effectively, and follow key processes
The ability to communicate clearly and authentically
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
