Key Responsibilities

Learn to set up and operate CNC grinding machines

Support daily problem-solving and continuous improvement activities within the team

Carry out inspection checks using manual and automated measuring equipment (training provided)

Complete self-inspections and quality checks once trained
-
Work from engineering drawings, inspection plans, and shop documentation
-
Accurately record production and quality data
-
Follow lean manufacturing principles, including 5S
-
Perform basic preventative machine maintenance in line with company standards
What We’re Looking For

No prior CNC grinding experience required – full training will be provided

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
-
Comfortable working permanent night shifts

Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work

Ability to follow instructions and progressively work independently

Good problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-
Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
-
Willingness to learn how to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment
