Laundry Production Operative – Commercial Laundry

Location: Pershore

Pay: National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (age dependent)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm (Must be available at least every 1 in 3 Saturdays - Rota provided 3 months in advance - 1 day off in the week) .

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Laundry Production Operative to join our commercial laundry facility in Pershore. This is a hands-on role working within a small, friendly team to support the daily processing of laundry to agreed quality and hygiene standards.

This role would suit someone reliable, practical, and happy working in a production environment. No previous laundry experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Sorting, washing, drying, and ironing laundry items
Operating industrial laundry machinery safely
Folding and packing items ready for dispatch
Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Following health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Supporting the wider team as required

About You

Reliable and punctual
Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods of time
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-focused

What We Offer
