Full job description

CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities andcorporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Part time FacilitatesCoordinator

What You’ll Do:

Perform ad hocfront-of-house duties when required, including welcoming and meetingguests/internal visitors, issuing passes in the absence of security, andassisting with general visitor management and events.
Support Ørstedemployees and contractors with general FM queries and requests.
Assist with allocatingall reactive workplace work orders in Spacewell – escorting and booking insuppliers, raising and maintaining PO’s to ensure we are within SLA.
Complete CAWS(Control of Work System) approvals for all tasks.
Conduct meetingroom checks, ensuring IT/AV connectivity, furniture is in good working orderand room cleanliness.
Act as the Point ofContact (POC) for Security, managing FM contractors and visitor coordination.
Oversee the FM siteshared calendar, ensuring all CBRE tasks are scheduled and following up on lateor no-show contractors.
Regular Health& Safety Site Walk
Support health andsafety tasks
Maintaining Ørstedsystems and updates used on site e.g DSE records, X matters and thedistribution lists

Administrative & Operational Support

Process and uploadHarbour observations and E-log books
Manage sitestationery orders and office supplies.
Handle various siteFM email inboxes, responding to enquiries and ensuring timely communication.
Assist cateringwith the collation of additional lunch orders and hospitality for meetings andevents that have been added to resource finder.
Support Ørstedemployees and contractors with accessing and returning loan IT kit.
Upload and maintainwaste/energy consumption data in Eagle.
If required managepost and mail, including checking incoming mail, notifying recipients, bookingcouriers, arranging collections, and accepting deliveries.
