Working Foreman – High-End Residential Construction
JM Harji Construction Ltd | HA & WD Postcodes | Full-Time, Permanent

£200 – £225 per day (BEFORE TAX, CIS)

JM Harji Construction Ltd is an expanding, medium-sized building company specialising in high-end residential extensions and refurbishments across the HA and WD postcode areas. We're looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position — you'll be on the tools consistently while also managing the day-to-day running of the site and overseeing a small team of workers. You'll report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, to a high standard, and on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

Working on-site as part of the team, hands-on, day to day
Managing and coordinating a small team of workers on-site
Overseeing daily site operations and progress
Liaising directly with the Project Manager on programme, materials, and site issues
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship on high-end residential projects

What We're Looking For

Minimum 10 years' experience in construction
Proven experience running a site and managing a small team
Experience with high-end residential extensions/refurbishments (preferred)
Must have own tools
Must be CIS registered, or able to register before starting
Hard-working, reliable, and able to lead by example

What We Offer

£200 – £225 per day, before tax (CIS)
Consistent, full-time, permanent work
Overtime and Saturday work available
Company vehicle available after successful completion of 3-month probationary period
