Job Summary

Join our vibrant fried chicken and burger shop as a Team Member and be at the heart of delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our enthusiastic customers! Duties

Prepare and assemble fried chicken, burgers, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage food inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Assist in training new team members on food prep techniques, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, especially in fast-paced settings, is advantageous
Experience in serving customers with professionalism and positivity enhances your fit for this role
Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
Kitchen or culinary experience helps in efficiently preparing high-quality meals under time pressure
Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards and safe food handling practices
