The Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Cosmetic Dentist to join our expanding network of high-performance clinics.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want:
- A consistently busy, well-managed diary
- Access to high-value cosmetic treatments
- A supportive system that helps maximise clinical and financial potential
- Most attractive finance packages available on the market
A minimum commitment of 3 days per week is required.
Earnings & Performance
- £15,000 – £50,000+ per month (performance dependent)
- Many associates achieve £20,000 – £30,000/month within the first 3 months
- Established clinicians with full cosmetic diaries can exceed £40,000/month
We focus on creating the structure and patient flow that allows these outcomes to be achieved sustainably.
How We Support You
You will be supported by a fully integrated in-house team to help build and maintain your diary:
- Dedicated bookings team managing inbound enquiries
- Experienced Treatment Coordinators supporting case acceptance
- Professional front-of-house teams delivering a premium patient experience
- Ongoing marketing activity generating consistent cosmetic demand
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cosmetic and restorative treatments, including:
- Smile makeovers
- Veneers
- Aligners
- Whitening and aesthetic restorations
- Conduct detailed consultations and develop patient-focused treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with Treatment Coordinators to support case acceptance
- Maintain excellent clinical standards and patient care
About You
- GDC-registered dentist with a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry
- Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach
- Commercially aware with an understanding of treatment value
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Committed to a minimum of 3 days per week
Full-time clinicians will benefit from greater access to high-value treatment pipelines.
