Glass Wash, Bar Porter (Self-Employed) – Bordesley Park Wedding Venue

Location: Bordesley Park Wedding Venue
Hours: 10–50 hours per week (seasonal and event-based)
Contract: Self-Employed
Pay: £8.00 - 10.85 per hour

Bordesley Park Wedding Venue is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our events team as Glass Wash, Bar Porter

This role is perfect for a young person looking for their first job and wanting to gain valuable experience in hospitality. No previous experience is required – we'll provide full training and support.

As part of our team, you'll help create memorable experiences for wedding guests while learning new skills, building confidence, and working in a fun and friendly environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving teas and coffees to wedding guests.
Keeping refreshment stations stocked and well presented.
Collecting, washing, polishing, and organising glassware.
Supporting the bar and events team throughout weddings and events.
Maintaining clean and tidy service areas.
Assisting with event setup and clearing down at the end of the day.
Helping ensure guests receive a warm and professional service.

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
A high-energy individual who can work efficiently in a busy environment.

Additional Requirements

This is a self-employed position.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during wedding season.
Due to our rural location, access to your own transport is preferred.
