Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This is a permanent job offering a genuine 35-hour working week, flexible hybrid working following probation and the option to work full-time or four days per week. This opportunity based in Kidderminster offers high-quality private client work, excellent long-term career prospects and a supportive culture that genuinely promotes work-life balance. About the Job Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a thriving private client department with an established client base and strong reputation in the market. Working from the Kidderminster office, you will handle a varied caseload while collaborating with experienced colleagues across multiple locations. The job offers a high degree of autonomy, quality work and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a successful department.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
Supporting the growth of the department through networking, business development and cross-referral opportunities
Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances
Ensuring compliance with professional regulations, firm procedures and industry best practice
Maintaining high standards of client care throughout every stage of the client journey
Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider business
Managing files efficiently while supporting effective billing and debt management processes
Maintaining accurate records in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements

About You

You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm. This job would suit someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is seeking a genuine work-life balance within a collaborative environment. You will also be keen to contribute to the ongoing success and development of the private client team.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years' post-qualification experience in private client law
Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and prioritise competing deadlines
Proactive approach to client relationship management and business development activities
Confidence using case management systems and legal technology
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
Professional approach with a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture
Full UK driving licence
