Join Our Team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and experienced Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to lead a room, inspire colleagues, and provide outstanding care and education for children.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily running of your designated room.
Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with our curriculum. .
Support, motivate, and supervise nursery practitioners.
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and development at all times.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Complete observations, assessments, and learning journals.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene.
Work closely with the other room leaders and management to ensure excellent practice throughout the setting.

Essential Requirements

Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare.
Previous experience working in an early years setting.
Experience leading or supervising a nursery room preferable but training can be given.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive.

Pay: From £31,158.40 per year

Work Location: In person
