Operations & Customer Service CoordinatorSparta Mech Ltd – Hereford

Full Time | Office Based with Flexible Working Options
Salary: £26,500 – £29,500 depending on experience

Sparta Mech Ltd are a growing mechanical and renewable energy company based in Hereford, specialising in Air Source Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation systems across domestic and commercial projects.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and motivated person to join our office team and grow with the business long term.

This role would suit somebody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organisation and customer service, and wants an opportunity to progress within a growing company.

The Role

The successful applicant will support the day-to-day running of the office and help ensure jobs, engineers and customer communication are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering customer calls and emails
Booking and scheduling jobs
Organising engineer diaries
Checking reports and arranging follow-up works
Assisting with quotations and customer updates
Liaising with suppliers and ordering materials
Helping ensure customer satisfaction and aftercare
General office administration and organisation

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for somebody who is:

Organised and reliable
Friendly and professional with customers
Confident using computers and office systems
Able to manage multiple tasks at once
Willing to learn and develop within the business
Positive and proactive in their approach

Experience within construction, plumbing, heating, HVAC or office coordination would be beneficial but is not essential for the right person.
