About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Sales & Social Media Lead to drive revenue growth while elevating the hotel’s digital presence and brand identity.
This is a hybrid role combining sales, marketing, social media management, and brand development, ideal for someone who understands both commercial targets and digital engagement.
You will play a key role in generating new business, promoting our facilities, and strengthening our position in the local and regional market.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Actively drive new business across weddings, corporate events, golf, spa, and leisure
- Proactively follow up all enquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and local partners
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase revenue streams
- Conduct show rounds and client meetings to showcase facilities
- Support pricing strategies alongside senior management to maximise occupancy and yield
Brand & Marketing Development
- Take ownership of the hotel’s brand identity across all platforms
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned, professional, and consistent
- Develop campaigns to promote key revenue areas (functions, golf, spa, dining)
- Support seasonal promotions, events, and special offers
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage and grow the hotel’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including photography, video, and promotional posts
- Plan and deliver regular content calendars aligned with business objectives
- Generate online engagement to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve reach and conversions
Content Creation & Promotion
- Produce creative content showcasing the hotel, events, golf course, and guest experiences
- Work with internal departments to capture promotional material
- Highlight real-time activity across the business (events, weddings, offers)
- Assist with website updates and online listings where required
Collaboration & Operational Support
- Work closely with Reception, Operations, Golf, and Spa teams to maximise opportunities
- Ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings to operational teams
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business forums where appropriate
- Support the wider team with promotional initiatives and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or social media management
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue
- Creative mindset with excellent content creation skills
- Confident communicator, both online and face-to-face
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Passion for hospitality, branding, and guest experience
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
