Experienced Fruit Machine Engineer

Full time, 37.5 hours a week, working every other weekend is essential

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Osborne Game Services Ltd for an experienced Mobile Fruit Machine Engineer. The Primary functions of the role are:

- Repairing, Maintaining and Installing Digital Fruit Machines at sites across the Midlands including but not limited to Birmingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford, Stoke, Derby and Worcestershire.

- Ensuring that all service and repair calls are completed in a timely manner while conducting yourself in a professional and friendly manner throughout.

- Promote and maintain a good relationship with customers and promote a professional company image at all times by ensuring standards of dress meets with company uniform requirements*.*

- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times.- Communicate effectively with both colleagues and management be it verbally or in writing.

- Attend regular performance review meetings and ensure all administrative documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures.In order to be suitable for this role you will need to have:

- Experience servicing, repairing and installing digital fruit machines or similar equipment (experience with digital juke boxes and arcade machines would be beneficial but not essential).

- A Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for work use. (All mileage and fuel costs will be provided)

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Self motivation to learn new skills and keep up to date with the very latest in gaming equipment.

About our company: Established in 1964, Osborne Game Services Ltd are a family-run amusement machine supplier based in the West Midlands providing cutting edge gaming machines, juke boxes and amusement machines to pubs, clubs and kids play centres across the Midlands.

Pay: £15.50 per hour
