Administrator x2 – Maintenance Team

Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord dedicated to helping vulnerable people achieve independence through safe accommodation and tailored support. For over 30 years, we've been transforming lives through a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.
We are looking for 2 organised and proactive Administrators to join our Maintenance Team in Hull, providing essential administrative support to help deliver high-quality housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for our operatives, contractors and partner agencies
- Maintain accurate records and update information on internal systems
- Book in repairs on our internal system and liaise with support
- Arrange contractor access and support maintenance operations
- Manage incoming calls, emails, visitors and correspondence
- Produce reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other administrative documents
- Support office systems, databases and day-to-day administration
- Liaise with external agencies and housing providers
- Ensure records and communications meet organisational and quality standards
- Ensure Compliance documents are up to date and record on the internal system
You will have:
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience producing reports and taking meeting minutes
- The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
