- £26.00 per hour – Day Shifts
- £32.00 per hour – Night Shifts
About the Role
We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team on a flexible zero-hour contract basis. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients with complex healthcare needs within their own homes and community settings.

Essential Requirements
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in one or more of the following:
- Community Nursing
- High Dependency Unit (HDU)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
- Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Required Clinical Skills
Applicants must be competent and experienced in:
- Tracheostomy care and management
- PEG and JEJ feeding management
- Enteral feeding systems
- Airway management and suctioning
- Medication administration
- Oxygen therapy
- Clinical observations and monitoring
- Catheter care
- Wound care and pressure area management
- Infection prevention and control
- Safeguarding adults and children
- Emergency response and escalation procedures
- Care planning and clinical record keeping
Desirable Skills
- Ventilator care and management
- Venepuncture and cannulation
- Community complex care experience
- Paediatric complex care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care in community settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Monitor and respond to changes in a client's condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Liaise effectively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with the NMC Code, safeguarding requirements, and clinical governance standards.
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all service users.
