We are two growing businesses looking for a driven and creative marketer to take ownership of our digital presence across multiple brands.
You’ll primarily work across:
- Red Button Limited – a social media and content-focused marketing company
- Nolan Interiors – an interiors business focused on generating high-quality leads and showcasing completed projects

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable:
- creating engaging content,
- running paid advertising campaigns,
- updating websites,
- attending networking events,
- and helping shape the overall marketing direction of the businesses.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day marketing activity across both companies.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with at least 2 years’ practical experience in digital marketing who can work independently, bring ideas to the table, and execute campaigns confidently.
You’ll have a mixture of creative, technical, and strategic responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media
- Plan and schedule content across platforms
- Produce reels, short-form video, stories, and promotional posts
- Help develop brand identity and consistency across both businesses
- Capture project content, behind-the-scenes material, and marketing campaigns
Paid Advertising
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns for Nolan Interiors
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for Red Button Limited
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for lead generation and ROI
- Track and report on campaign results
Website & SEO
- Update website content, images, and landing pages
- Upload and manage blogs, case studies, and portfolio projects
- Assist with improving SEO and website performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date online information
Marketing & Business Support
- Attend occasional networking events and business functions
- Support wider marketing campaigns and promotions
- Contribute ideas for growth, lead generation, and brand awareness
- Assist with marketing strategy and campaign planning
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media content creation
- Confident using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Good written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and brands effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Photography/videography experience
- Experience working in a small business or agency environment
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools

Salary & Benefits
- £27,000–£30,000 per year depending on experience
- Full-time employed position
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Location
This role is based in Scunthorpe and may involve occasional travel for networking events, meetings, and content shoots.
