Full job description

Overview
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Stretton under Fosse. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including:

Answer the telephone system and respond appropriately.
Maintain visitor records, related Health & Safety notices and materials.
Assisting management in the analysis of job costings.
Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.
The ability to comply with Health & Safety legislation and also maintain the admin of our health and safety system.
Review of work force clocking in and upkeep of records.
Scanning documents and processing them in the server.

Experience

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Previous experience of ERP or MRP software would be advantageous.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
