Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and support patients through their recovery process. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and nursing expertise in a dynamic clinical environment. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and protocols
Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report significant changes to the medical team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Provide guidance and leadership to junior nursing staff and support staff within the team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear understanding of treatment processes
Educate patients about their health conditions, post-treatment care, and health promotion strategies
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatments, and interventions in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to promote a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills and knowledge of care plans
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and support junior team members effectively
Strong organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a patient-centred approach
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes through attentive care
