You’ll help shape the culture, routines, and experiences from the ground up in a beautiful, purpose-designed setting.

Lead With Purpose

In this role, you'll lead a team of up to 10 staff and the day-to-day running of our carefully curated age and stage-appropriate rooms, caring for up to 40 children. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and play a vital role in creating a calm, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for babies to thrive and explore
Leading a growing team in our brand new nursery, offering support, inspiration, and guidance
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Working collaboratively with the nursery leadership and operations support team to maintain the highest standards of care
Bringing energy, empathy, and a reflective mindset to your everyday practice

You’re likely a great fit if you:

Have experience leading in an early years setting.
Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
Love supporting children’s development through nurturing, play-based practice
Want to make a real impact in a setting that values you as much as the children

Staff Benefits Include:

Salary of £34,320 for Room Leader depending on experience
