JOB DESCRIPTION

You will supervise piping construction activities across a major nuclear new-build programme.
You will lead multidisciplinary installation teams delivering complex piping system missions.
You will ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution throughout construction delivery.

Lead pipefitters, welders, riggers, and construction trades onsite
Supervise large bore stainless steel piping installation activities
Coordinate work packs, permits, and daily task briefings
Review isometrics, P&IDs, drawings, and technical specifications
️Promote nuclear safety culture and site procedural compliance
Manage hydrotest preparation, execution, and documentation activities

️Coordinate testing, flushing, drying, and reinstatement operations

Liaise with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams
Monitor productivity, progress, and milestone delivery performance
Maintain inspection records, testing data, and construction documentation

MY PROFILE

Mechanical Engineering degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical qualification
Proven experience supervising piping activities on power generation projects
Extensive large bore stainless steel pipework installation experience
Strong knowledge of high-pressure piping systems and operations
️Experience overseeing pipe supports and mechanical installation activities
Ability to interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
Experience supervising multidisciplinary construction and subcontractor teams
Strong knowledge of HSE, quality, and construction compliance requirements
CSCS Supervisor Card and recognised safety qualification required
Fluent English communication and stakeholder management skills
