Sales Apprentice – Solar Energy – South Wales

Earn a salary + commission while you train | Level 3 qualification included | No experience needed

Valour Holdings is a specialist solar sales agency across South Wales. We’re taking on a Sales Apprentice and training them from the ground up — earning from day one, learning the trade properly, and walking away with a nationally recognised qualification and real sales skill that pay for the rest of your career.

What Makes This Different From Every Other Apprenticeship

Most apprenticeships pay you a flat training wage and that’s it.

This one pays you an apprenticeship salary PLUS uncapped commission on every sale you close. Your training doesn’t hold your earnings back- the better you get, the more you make, straight away. Financially motivated people do very well here.

The Qualification

You’ll work towards a Level 3 in Customer Service, City & Guilds — a course we’ve tailored specifically around sales and business, so everything you learn applies directly to the job and your earnings.

No time spent in a college classroom- the qualification is delivered entirely through on-the-job training and assessment
You learn by doing the actual job, coached as you go

Example modules include:

Understanding customer needs
Managing your personal performance and development
Handling objections and closing sales

You finish with a qualification on paper and, more importantly, skills you can feel every time you close a deal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Learning the full solar sales process from experienced people who do it every day
Door knocking areas to speak with homeowners about our “Bill Swap” solar offering (no upfront cost, monthly payment model)
Booking and working towards closing appointments as your skills grow
Building the habits, confidence and technique of a top sales professional

This is for someone who hasn’t had the chance to prove themselves yet- no experience, no sales qualifications, but real drive to make their first step into a long, rewarding career count.

A valid full UK driving licence is essential
Right to work in the UK
Based within a commutable distance of Bridgend, South Wales
Eligible for a UK apprenticeship
