Full job description

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a organised, methodical and motivated individual, to join our team at Shillibiers, a haulage & groundworks company in Pyle.

One full time role or two part time roles as a job share would be considered.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using Sage payroll.
Maintain and update employee records related to wages, deductions, and benefits
Raise sales invoices
Data entry of purchase invoices
Monitor and chase sales ledger balances
Monitor and maintain purchase ledger balances
Proven experience working with accounting software
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in accounts payable or payroll administration is highly desirable
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and resolving discrepancies
Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll and employee management is advantageous.

Pay: £28,080.00-£30,160.00 per year
