General Manager – Regency KGM/MG (Formerly Moravian Motors)

Location: Buckie

Full Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus Package

Regency KGM/MG (formerly Moravian Motors) is looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on General Manager to lead our growing dealership team in Buckie .This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a well-established dealership representing the innovative KGM and MG brands, overseeing all areas of the business, including vehicle sales, aftersales, customer service, and team development.About the RoleAs General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the dealership while driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the motor trade, and the ability to inspire and develop a successful team.Key Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership operations including sales and aftersales
Lead, motivate, and develop the dealership team
Deliver exceptional customer service standards
Drive profitability and achieve business targets
Monitor performance and implement growth strategies
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community

What We’re Looking For

Previous motor trade management experience essential
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven track record in sales and business performance
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence
