Join the team taking precision tracking technology to the worlds biggest live productions.
At Racelogic, we are a global technology company trusted by automotive manufacturers, motorsport teams, aerospace innovators, and other technology pioneers worldwide.
Headquartered in Buckingham, UK, with offices in the US, Germany, and France, we employ over 135 people and supply customers in more than 100 countries. Our success has been built on a culture of openness, autonomy and genuine investment in our people.
AirPixel, one of our newest brands, delivers precision tracking technology to broadcasters and live event productions worldwide. As demand for AirPixel continues to grow, we are seeking a Field Applications Engineer to be the face of AirPixel in the field.
The Role
The Field Applications Engineer supports customers onsite with the deployment, operation and demonstration of AirPixel products, combining hands-on technical support, product demonstrations and customer-facing engineering with a strong feedback loop into our engineering and product teams. When not deployed with customers, you will be based at our Buckingham site, playing a key role in User Acceptance Testing of new releases and helping shape the product roadmap with field-driven insight.
Worldwide travel is a core part of this role - around 25-50% of your time, often at short notice, with trips ranging from 1-2 days to multi-week deployments. Onsite work follows live production schedules, including early starts, weekends and unsocial hours, with time off in lieu and/or overtime provided.

-
Events and Exhibitions: Represent AirPixel at trade shows, exhibitions and customer events worldwide.

Customer Relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with customer engineering and production teams, acting as the voice of the customer internally.
-
User Acceptance Testing: Support UAT of new hardware, firmware and software releases, validating product changes against real-world workflows before they reach customers.
-
Issue Resolution: Reproduce, document and triage customer issues found in the field, working with engineering to drive resolution.
-
Documentation: Contribute to test plans, technical documentation, release notes and user-facing guides.
-
Feedback and Roadmap Input: Capture and clearly communicate field feedback, customer requirements and competitive insight, translating customer pain points into clear, prioritised roadmap input.
-
Stock Management: Ensure accurate handling of project stock.
