Sales Coordinator – Export Markets

Brackley, Northamptonshire (On-Site Role)
£25,000 – £30,000 DOE
UK & European Markets

Due to continued growth across our UK and international markets, Dura Ltd is looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Brackley facility.

This is a key coordination role supporting customer orders, export operations, and internal project delivery across both UK and European markets. The successful candidate will act as a central point of communication between customers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure projects and orders are delivered smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role would suit someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and coordinating customer orders using Microsoft Business Central ERP
Acting as a key point of contact for UK and European customers and distributors
Coordinating communication between customers, production, logistics, and project teams
Providing excellent German language support across both written and verbal communication
Managing order progression and updating customers on production schedules and delivery timelines
Organising UK and international freight movements
Preparing export and shipping documentation where required
Supporting invoicing, credit notes, and general commercial administration
Assisting with transport bookings and delivery coordination
Maintaining accurate customer, project, and order records
Supporting smooth operational delivery across multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Previous experience within a coordination, administration, export, logistics, or customer support role
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
French language capability would be highly advantageous
Strong organisational and administrative ability
Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Confidence managing multiple priorities within a busy environment
Good Microsoft Office skills
ERP system experience, ideally Microsoft Business Central
A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
