We are looking for a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join our growing team at Emerald Elegance Beauty.

Established in 2016 and based in the beautiful village of Waddesdon, our salon is known for delivering high-quality beauty, aesthetic, and holistic treatments in a calm, welcoming environment. We specialise in advanced skin treatments, nails, massage, and lash and brow services, using natural, botanical, and vegan products wherever possible. Our reputation is built on trust, results, and strong client relationships.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences while contributing to the continued growth and success of the salon.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional treatments to a consistently high standard, including:
Manicures, pedicures, gel nails and BIAB/overlays
Waxing treatments
Lash and brow services, including tinting and extensions
Facials and skin treatments
Massage (including deep tissue)
Alongside treatments, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing thorough consultations and honest, tailored treatment advice
Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust
Managing your appointments efficiently without compromising quality
Maintaining exceptional hygiene, safety, and treatment standards
Keeping treatment areas clean, organised, and fully stocked
Supporting general salon operations, including stock and bookings
Promoting services and products in a natural, client-focused way
Assisting with social media content where possible

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 1 years salon experience required
Strong skills across nails, waxing, lashes, and facials
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Flexible availability, including alternate Saturdays and at least one or two evenings per week
Fluent English
