Summary

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at WMT Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth administration of projects, supporting our technical documentation efforts, and contributing to our mission of delivering excellence in service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely completion.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support project needs.
Utilize Office software and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
Maintain organized records of project files and correspondence.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and team members.
Support the team with clerical duties as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a project environment.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; familiarity withAdobe Ceative Suite is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
