Full job description

Part-Time Accounts Assistant – Deeside

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at our Deeside office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some basic accounting experience who would like to develop their skills within an international business. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and processing customer invoices
Learning the different invoicing requirements and processes across our international businesses
Supporting the team with credit control
Posting purchase ledger invoices
Providing cover and support during periods of staff absence
Assisting with other day-to-day finance and administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

Have some previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role
Have a good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
Be comfortable learning detailed processes and handling invoices with varying requirements
Have good communication and organisational skills
Be reliable, adaptable and keen to develop their accounting knowledge

Location: Deeside office
Hours: Part-time – days and hours to be agreed
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
